Frank Marchese is the heart and soul behind Frankie Panini, a family-run Italian eatery in Aurora. A seasoned pastry chef with 25 years in the industry, inspired by his Calabrian roots and his mother's cooking.
Frank believes in authentic, homemade flavours. No heavy spices, just pure, fresh ingredients. From their famous veal sandwiches to house-made sauces prepared three times daily, Frankie Panini brings the taste of Italy to the community.
With big plans to expand seating and add a gelato bar, Frank is dedicated to making Frankie Panini a local favourite for years to come.
